Walsh Healthcare Center

The Walsh Healthcare Center is a 30-bed nursing home committed to providing high quality long-term care services to those in need.  We have a responsibility to endure the well-being of each resident that has been placed in our care.  They are human beings who deserve the full dignity that's afforded to any other human being, regardless of age. We will utilize all the resources at our disposal to accomplish that goal.

  • Activities Room with Aviary and Big Screen TV
  • Billiard Room  
  • Beauty shop
  • Sitting Room for watching TV visiting, or reading. 
  • Sensory Garden in court yard with swing, covered patio, pond, vegetables, flowers herbs and walkways. 

Resident Services:

  • Open dining with snacks provided. Supervised by a Registered Dietician
  • Laundry services
  • Housekeeping services
  • Medication monitored, set up and distributed by a nurse
  • Hydro Sound Bathing System
  • Medical Clinic Monday- Friday
  • Ambulance services available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • Activities program designed to give residents physical, emotional and creative outlets. Supervised by a Certified Activities Director
  • Beauty Shop in-house once a week
  • Weekly Bible Study and church services in-house
  • Social Services Director promotes interaction between residents, families, staff and other health care resources
  • Mail is delivered to the rooms Monday-Saturday. Outgoing mail is taken to Post Office Monday-Friday
  • Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy on site
  • Restorative Care Nurse Assistant on site Monday-Friday
  • Dental Consultant
  • Pediatrist on sitge
  • Pharmacy Consultant
  • Golf cart rides  or outings when weather is permitting
  • Never 2 Late Computer with Internet Access

Monthly Room Rates:

  • We accept Medicaid, Private Insurances and Private Pay
  • Room rates are determined by the Board of Directors
  • Rates are subject to change according to the allowable Medicaid reimbursement rate
  • Satellite television provided by the facility (Roku or Smart TV needs to be provided by the Resident)
  • Room rate does not include personal telephone. One can be installed at the resident's expense
  • Rates available upon request
